At the intersection of Marcelińska Street and Polna Street in Poznań, flats were created for those who dream of living in the rhythm of the city. It is here – at the junction of Jeżyce and Grunwald, that you will find ideal conditions for a comfortable everyday life. Marcelińska 18, immersed in charming old trees, thanks to its excellent location in the center of Poznań, allows you to enjoy the advantages of the city without giving up silence and respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.
A cosy investment
Overlooking the city
The two buildings of Marcelińska 18, with 144 flats ranging in size from 25 to 140 sqm, are characterised by functional room layouts with a clear division into living and sleeping areas. Panoramic windows provide the interiors with natural daylight, and spacious balconies allow the residents of the upper floors to enjoy the panorama of Jeżyce and the whole of Grunwald. Owners of ground-floor flats, on the other hand, will be pleased with their private gardens, which will successfully provide them with the need to relax in nature.
Common parts
More than functionality
A unique residents’ club is awaiting future residents in the thoughtfully designed common areas of this intimate estate. Its main room has been planned as a relaxation area with comfortable seating and an overhead projector with a large screen so that children and their carers can watch a cartoon or film. There is also a communal kitchen where people can prepare coffee or small snacks. The resident’s club, patio and entrances to the staircases were decorated with works by Poznań painter Szymon Kaczmarek. Everyday life will also be made easier by an underground garage, storage rooms or silent lifts.
ECO Solutions
Towards nature
The estate’s grounds include an existing 120-year-old old-growth tree and a new green relaxation area with wooden deckchairs, colourful seating and a playground. For residents of Marcelińska 18 who prefer to cycle, there is bicycle stands with a repair station, and for the motorised ones we have a charging station for electric cars. Energy-efficient LED lighting was also used in the buildings. The roofs of both buildings were covered with vegetation, which created a biologically active surface, and collected rainwater can be used to water the greenery.
ARCHITECTURE
In the style of modernism
The design of the development has been matched in scale and height to the surrounding buildings.
“The facades of the buildings have been designed by combining contemporary architectural solutions with borrowed details and classical divisions, which refer to the neighbouring tenement buildings from the first half of the 20th century, as well as to the modernist multi-family buildings of socialist realism”, says Adrian Kruszewski from the Dementi studio, author of the technical and detailed design of Marcelińska 18.

One of the great advantages of Marcelińska 18 is its peaceful surroundings. Additionally, we offer you a safe, gated community with access control and monitoring. This ensures nothing will interfere with your relaxation in the comfort of your home.
At Marcelińska 18, we have implemented a range of solutions that allow you to live in harmony with nature. Among other things, you’ll have access to car charging stations and amenities that promote cycling.
Marcelińska 18 features plenty of space for art. We collaborated with a Poznań-based artist known as the “painter of women” – Szymon Kaczmarek. A woman’s image is displayed in the building's shared areas and is also adorned the wall in the patio area.
The comfort of Marcelińska 18 is, above all, its convenient location. The estate is located near Jeżyce – one of the most beautiful and fashionable districts of Poznań. Right next door is the intersection of the main thoroughfares: Grunwaldzka Street and Reymonta Street , with an extensive network of tram and bus lines.
