We are observant of social and market changes and follow the needs of new generations. Thanks to this, we know that the younger generation is increasingly opting to rent rather than buy a flat. To meet these expectations, we have already taken the decision in 2018 to join the PRS sector in parallel with housing. Institutional rental housing is an important aspect of our business – especially today when demand is growing rapidly.

We are currently developing Białostocka 5D in Warsaw with 185 flats and 3 commercial units. Two further projects are also in the pipeline – in Warsaw (431 flats) and Cracow (232 flats).
