Stalowa 27 in Warsaw's Praga district is a modern townhouse with 60 flats and flats ranging from 28 to 90 sqm. Residents can use underground parking, and the building has also been designed with space for bicycle and pram storage. The inner part of the building is filled with a green patio, and tenants of the ground floor flats can enjoy private gardens. The sign “I love Praga”, symbolic of Nowa Praga, by Tomasz Biernat, found its place on the building's facade, while the patio was decorated with the mural “Secret Garden” by the RedSheels studio.
