The Kierbedzia 4 project in Warsaw’s fashionable and prestigious Mokotów district, located on the quiet street ul. Stanisława Kierbedzia, meets the expectations of demanding clients. It is a place that exquisitely combines the need for proximity to the city with the need for the intimacy of home. Kierbedzia Apartments provide a comfortable retreat and respite in a private space, without sacrificing the advantages of living in a fast-growing European capital. Located in Sielce, the Kierbedzia 4 apartment building is a unique spot on the capital’s residential map. Feel the unmistakable energy of big-city living and experience how great it is to live surrounded by atmospheric parks, culture and art.

The distinctive cascade seven-storey building feature 128 flats full of natural light. Thanks to the use of panoramic windows, residents can enjoy the view of the impressive Warsaw skyline, while the functional layout of the rooms create unlimited arrangement possibilities. Flats ranging from 33 to 88 sqm have also an outdoor private area in the form of an atmospheric balcony with glass balustrades, a spacious terrace (up to 40 sq m) or a garden full of greenery sheltered from the eyes of passers-by.

The apartment building at Kierbedzia 4 is also a carefully designed common space. The high quality of the finishing materials, the art elements used in the representative lobby, as well as the stylish door portals surrounding the entrance doors to the flats create the opportunity to commune in an environment full of elegance.
Day-to-day functioning is facilitated by a two-storey underground garage with at least one parking space for each flat, and convenient storage of items is possible thanks to storage cells. Bicycle owners are pleased to know that the facility will have bicycle boxes and a bicycles repair station. Lovers of eco solutions can also be pleased with the LED lighting in the common areas. On the ground floor of the building there are also two commercial premises with spacious mezzanines.

Kierbedzia 4 is a project that, while complementing the urban fabric of Mokotów, refers to the history of the place and the best models of Warsaw architecture. The design of the building at Kierbedzia 4 thus combines contemporary functional architecture with the modernist architecture of Mokotów. The facility consists of two blocks – a single-storey local scale service pavilion and an eight-storey residential building.
With its proportions and architecture, the pavilion is reminiscent of modernist Warsaw pavilions. The massing of the residential part is a dialogue with the surrounding residential buildings. The graphite, shimmering plaster takes on different structures, which change their spatial forms thanks to the play of chiaroscuro.

In the Kierbedzia 4 development, we introduced a hand-crafted mosaic inspired by the modernist heritage of the Mokotów district. The mosaic in the building’s lobby evokes the geometric compositions of the 1960s and 1970s that adorned Warsaw’s facades. The inspiration came from a ceramic decoration from 71 Dąbrowskiego Street – now almost forgotten, but still present in the urban fabric.
The mosaic was created in the SOLEMIKA studio, owned by Dominika Jastrzębska, an artist trained in Portugal, who handcrafts each element – from shaping the ceramic mass to glazing and arranging the composition. This makes each tile unique, and the whole creates a cohesive, expressive narrative.

Undoubtedly, one of the main advantages of Mokotów is its close proximity to the city centre, which translates into quick access to all parts of the capital, including Okęcie airport. The city’s main thoroughfares can be reached from here in the blink of an eye: Al. Sikorskiego, ul. Czerniakowska, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego.
Buses, trams and the metro enable residents to get to work, school or social events quickly. In addition, a newly constructed tram line to Wilanów will connect ul. Puławska and ul. Gagarina with ul. Św. Bonifacego.
Mokotów also boasts a highly developed service and retail infrastructure. Residents have access to numerous shops, supermarkets and shopping malls led by Galeria Mokotów.

In the heart of Sielce, where the Kierbedzia 4 project is being built, there was a manor and 29 peasant farms in the 15th century. From around 1775, the manor was leased by Stanislaw August Poniatowski, who probably built the so-called Stanislaw August Baths here and established the Sielecki Park. Nearby is also his largest and most famous creation – the Royal Baths.
Between the two world wars, Sielce became a prestigious district where people were happy to settle and relax in the extensive green areas. Much of the district’s former development has survived, including villas in the area of ul. Sułkowicka and ul. Nabielaka. Today, the site is regaining its former character and is becoming a valued address in a city park setting.
