LOCAL C1.U.2
The spacious 109sqm premises consist of a sales hall (83sqm), a mezzanine floor (26 sqm) and a social area. The functional layout of the interior means that the premises will meet the requirements of various industries.
The location in the heart of the city has advantages that other locations cannot offer. Distances are shorter and excellent transport links allow you to move quickly in any direction. The main transport hubs of Wrocław are located in the vicinity of Kępa Mieszczańska. Tram lines depart from the Kępa Mieszczańska tram stop, which is 400 m from the development: 14 (Nadodrze-Krzyki railway station), 15 (Poświętne-South Park), 18 (Tarczynski Arena-Gaj, via Market Square and Central Station), 19 (Górnicza-Zoo-Kozanów). Bus line 128 will in turn provide a connection between Kępa Mieszczańska and Zakrzów and Nowy Dwór.
It is difficult to count all the tram and bus links available, and outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of the dense network of cycle paths. In many situations, however, no means of transport will be necessary. Indeed, Atmo residents only need to walk a few minutes to do most of their daily errands.

For more than 170 years, Eiffage has been building exceptional places: the Louvre pyramid or the sails of the Sydney Opera House. ATMO is another unique project from Eiffage, created as the superstructure of a historic stable that was part of the 19th century artillery barracks.
ATMO was developed in the heart of Kępa Mieszczańska, in the immediate vicinity of Park Mieszczański. This unique location allows you to live comfortably in the centre of events, yet in an intimate and green neighbourhood.
In the interests of your safety, the entrances to each building are restricted by access control and the estate's grounds are monitored. We also used burglar-proof doors for the flats and roller shutters in the ground floor flats.
Atmo with its green patio is a sort of extension of the green areas of Wrocław's Central Park. In the development itself you will find electric car chargers and LED lighting with motion sensors.
Atmo combines vigour with creative use of the existing space. The heritage of the former buildings has helped to create a unique development. The renovated part of the building will provide space for residents to use.
A non-trivial address
Investment on an island
In the heart of Kępa Mieszczańska, an island surrounded by the Oder River connected to the rest of Wrocław by five bridges, a development has been created where you will find your place to live. Away from the hustle and bustle of the streets, close to the river and greenery, yet still in the heart of Wrocław. Atmo is a creative use of space, in the immediate vicinity of Park Mieszczański, which is already known as Wrocław’s Central Park. The unique location and the heritage of the former buildings have combined to create a one-of-a-kind development. The two six-storey buildings have created 113 flats ranging in size from ergonomically designed studios of 26sqm to spacious flats of 145sqm. Thoughtful flat layouts guarantee a wide range of design possibilities and comfortable living space.
ARCHITECTURE
On the foundations of the past
The development site is surrounded by the unique setting of the 19th-century buildings of Nadodrze – a bohemian artistic district with remnants of post-industrial heritage. In the 16th century, the island served as the town’s harbour, in the 17th century it became a place to store valuable cargoes of salt and iron, and the last major development on the site was the 18th century military barracks for 3,000 soldiers.
“A part of old Wrocław finds a chance for a second life here, being integrated into a modern building. The former barracks building, divided into three naves, covered by cross vaults and with a brick facade, has retained its unique character. The revitalisation of industrial architecture, including the creation of many glazed areas, offers unparalleled potential for creating atmospheric interiors and providing services”, Zbigniew Maćków, architect.
