ARCHITECTURE
On the foundations of the past
The development site is surrounded by the unique setting of the 19th-century buildings of Nadodrze – a bohemian artistic district with remnants of post-industrial heritage. In the 16th century, the island served as the town’s harbour, in the 17th century it became a place to store valuable cargoes of salt and iron, and the last major development on the site was the 18th century military barracks for 3,000 soldiers.

Location
It's close to everywhere
The location in the heart of the city has advantages that other locations cannot offer. Distances are shorter and excellent transport links allow you to move quickly in any direction. The main transport hubs of Wrocław are located in the vicinity of Kępa Mieszczańska. Tram lines depart from the Kępa Mieszczańska tram stop, which is 400 m from the development: 14 (Nadodrze-Krzyki railway station), 15 (Poświętne-South Park), 18 (Tarczynski Arena-Gaj, via Market Square and Central Station), 19 (Górnicza-Zoo-Kozanów). Bus line 128 will in turn provide a connection between Kępa Mieszczańska and Zakrzów and Nowy Dwór.
It is difficult to count all the tram and bus links available, and outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of the dense network of cycle paths. In many situations, however, no means of transport will be necessary. Indeed, Atmo residents only need to walk a few minutes to do most of their daily errands.
