In the heart of Kępa Mieszczańska, 113 flats have been created in two six-storey buildings above the historic military barracks stable.
Most of the flats, which range in size from ergonomically designed studios to spacious flats, have a balcony or loggia, and ground-floor flats have private gardens. A convenient underground garage has created 136 parking spaces. The estate also includes a green patio with an amphitheatre, which is, in a way, an extension of the neighbouring Mieszczański Park.
