Dom przy Źródle is a project developed at the junction of ul. Podskale and ul. Kalwaryjska, near Matecznego roundabout in Cracow.
The 5-storey building is designed with 80 flats ranging from 26 to 85 m2 in size, with bright kitchens or functional annexes. Medium-sized flats predominate, while spacious flats with terraces overlooking the Wawel Castle and the city skyline are located on the top floor.
“Dom przy Źródle” is located in one of the most popular districts of Cracow at the moment - Stare Podgórze. With its extensive gastronomic, recreational and educational infrastructure, it provides the ideal environment for those who value active leisure and access to the city's attractions. Families with children can also feel perfectly at home here, due to the proximity of schools and kindergartens, health centres and pharmacies.
