Eiffage is a committed group. It plans the development carefully, always keeping in mind what is most important and what sets it apart. Social and environmental responsibility, the ability to cooperate and take on challenges together, pragmatism in decision-making, as well as respect and trust towards employees and business partners, are the pillars of everyday business.

Leading by example
At the Eiffage Group, leading by example is the basis for respecting others. It is a concrete expression of the Group’s values. You cannot demand from others a behaviour that you do not demand from yourself. Whatever the circumstances, we act ethically, aware of the principles we strictly adhere to.
Responsibility
In the Eiffage Group, each employee represents the company at his or her level and acts on behalf of the company. Each person is, at his or her level, a guarantor in relation to the human and material resources subject to him or her. Through this responsibility, we strengthen the autonomy of our employees and encourage local decision-making and initiatives.
Trust
At the Eiffage Group, all employees can count on the trust placed in them by their superiors and on support when difficulties are encountered. We always work as a team, not against each other. The information is provided in a clear manner and is reliable and complete. We do not accept concealment or falsification of information. Each person must take responsibility for their actions. We do, however, allow for the possibility of error: only its duplication is considered an offence.
Pragmatism
Being an Eiffage employee means being able to perceive and express a situation clearly and insightfully, in full knowledge of your capabilities but also of your limitations. This allows for an appropriate assessment of risk and the commitment of appropriate resources. Pragmatism, understood as the ability to assess situations factually, is a guarantee of setting achievable goals and delivering on commitments made.

Responsible developer
Discover Eiffage Immobilier’s corporate social responsibility principles based on sustainable urban development. As a creator of a place to live, we aim to create a space that is not only made up of the walls of a building, but also its surroundings, its inhabitants and its history. It is on its foundations that we most often base the concept of our projects, always striving to reflect the atmosphere of the past. Nor are we indifferent to art, which is of the highest value to Eiffage Immobilier.
We help - we support
The Eiffage Group is not indifferent to the needs of others. In a committed and open way, it supports initiatives that improve the quality of life of people who need support.
Aid projects implemented to date include:
- funding of tutoring for children of doctors during the pandemic period through the DaVinci platform
- donations to the statutory objectives of the “Promyczek” Children’s Home Hospice Foundation
- support for the extension and modernisation of the “Green Centre” at the Nobody’s Children Foundation (Fundacja Dzieci Niczyje) in Warsaw with environmentally friendly solutions
- the construction of the world’s largest insect house, made up of 150 smaller houses, as part of a joint project with the Polish Association of Developer Companies
- provision of a plot of land on ul. Środkowa in Warsaw for the creation of an urban garden by the Varsauvons la Planète foundation
Eiffage Immobilier jury member in the Eco City competition
Energy efficiency and thermal upgrading of buildings, renewable energy sources, public transport, urban nature and clean air – these are challenges that remain central to sustainable urban development, regardless of latitude. They also represent an opportunity for a better, people- and environment-friendly future for them. Eiffage Immobilier does not pass by them indifferently and takes action to promote public awareness of ecology. It is for this reason that it joined the Eco City initiative in 2022 to judge city initiatives related to, among other things, shaping and managing urban greenery, measures to improve air quality, thermo-modernisation of buildings and support for low-energy construction, increasing recycling and recovery levels, and waste reduction measures.
