ARCHITECTURE

In the style of Prague buildings

Architecturally and urbanistically, the Nowy Kamionek will follow the style of Prague’s tenement buildings. The dominant feature of the building’s elegant facade will be a brick motif broken by glass and black steel in the balcony and terrace railings. The whole will relate to the unique and post-industrial atmosphere of the Kamionek area, historically linked to crafts. The cascading volume of the building will be enhanced by the illumination of the patio, which is reminiscent of a mysterious narrow garden, and the accesses to the building.

Description of the area

The wealth of the district

The Nowy Kamionek, which fits in perfectly with the trend of revitalising the right bank of the Vistula, will be built at the junction of ul. Chodakowska, ul. Wawerska and ul. Kałuszyńska. This part of Praga Południe district has direct access to the river, yet is only 4 km from the centre of Warsaw.
